Handmade Nature of Our Work

Each piece is made by hand and may vary slightly in size, shape, color, texture, and finish. These variations are part of the character of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but variations should be expected.
 

Product Care

Care instructions are provided when applicable. Field Notes Ceramics is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, handling, or care of purchased items.
 

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Because many items are produced in small batches, availability may be limited. We reserve the right to discontinue products or cancel orders if inventory errors occur.
 

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion and will issue a refund if payment has already been processed.
 

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
